Catherine Tucker handles all aspects of Assisted Reproductive Technology Law matters, including issues related to artificial insemination; in vitro fertilization; egg, sperm and embryo donation; paternity; maternity; gestational carrier/surrogacy arrangements; birth certificates; same-sex parentage; second parent adoptions; frozen embryos; posthumous reproduction; insurance coverage; informed consent; and employment practices relative to fertility treatments.

Catherine is admitted to practice in both the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and thus the firm is able to offer complete representation to clients whose matters span across both jurisdictions.  Additionally, the firm has implemented an online client portal to allow clients direct access to their own matters in a secure online environment. 

Catherine serves on the Executive Committee of the American Bar Association’s Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee.  She is also an active member of RESOLVE New England, the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s Legal Professional Group, and the Embryo Donation Network.  Additionally, Catherine volunteers her time with legal aid programs to assist individuals seeking legal help with parentage issues.

Catherine has been involved with legislative reform throughout her legal career.  Recently, Catherine coordinated the efforts that resulted in the defeat of legislation that would have eliminated certain fertility treatment options, such as IVF and embryo donation, in New Hampshire. 

Prior to opening her firm, Catherine served as a criminal prosecutor at the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston.  Catherine  handled complex fraud and child and family law cases and achieved landmark verdicts in cases involving the sex offender registry and domestic violence incidents.      

Catherine holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College (1993), an M.S. from Northeastern University (1995) and a J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School (1999).  Catherine is the mother of twins, who were conceived after six cycles of IVF.

Dr. March completed medical school and his residency in New York. He then completed fellowship training at the University of Southern California.

Dr. March is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. March has over 200 scientific publications and has earned multiple research grants including two from the National Institutes of Health.

Biography

Cheryl Farole-Roman is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Psychoanalyst, with a private practice in Tustin, CA.  She has more than 15 years of clinical experience providing individual, couples and group psychotherapy.  Motivated originally by her own personal experience with infertility, Cheryl has developed a special interest and specialty in helping people cope with the challenges of fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, adoption, pregnancy and parenting.

Cheryl received undergraduate and master’s degrees from California State University Fullerton, both in Kinesiology, emphasizing Sports Psychology and Stress Management.  She continued her education at CSUF and received a master’s degree in Counseling.  After licensure and establishing a psychotherapy private practice, Cheryl went on to study Psychoanalysis at Newport Psychoanalytic Institute where she received her Doctorate of Psychology in Psychoanalysis and became board certified as a Psychoanalyst. 

Cheryl is continuing her professional growth in the area of infertility as a member of The American Society of Reproductive Medicine, ASRM’s Mental Health Professional Group, The American Fertility Association and Resolve.

Dr. Christopher Sipe is board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his residency training at Northwestern University, where he received numerous awards for excellence in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.

Following residency, Dr. Sipe started a successful Obstetrics and Gynecology practice and was chosen by Consumers' Research Council of America as one of "America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists." He completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Iowa. Dr. Sipe is well published and has presented at both national and international forums focusing on improving a couple's fertility. His clinical expertise encompasses infertility, menstrual irregularities, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Dr. Sipe's warm, engaging personality has been praised by patients, as has his excellence in personalized patient care.
