Dr. Uhler is board-certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at University of California, Los Angeles. Most recently, Dr. Uhler was Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology on the faculty at Loyola University School of Medicine. Her research interests and scientific publications focus on the evaluation and treatment of female and male infertility.

Meryl B. Rosenberg is an attorney in private practice and is the director of a comprehensive program devoted exclusively to all legal and other aspects of surrogacy, egg donation, embryo donation, and other matters involving third party and assisted reproductive technology, as well as adoption.  She has been working in the field of reproductive law and adoptions for over seventeen years, assisting hundreds of individuals build their families.  Ms. Rosenberg is an active participant in furthering the education, development and expansion of the field of reproductive law, and is an innovator and leader in the field of assisted reproductive technologies (ART).

Ms. Rosenberg is Of Counsel for the International Fertility Law Group, Inc.     and the  Reproductive Law Center, Inc., and is the current Secretary of the ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine) Legal Professional Group.  She is a professional member of The AFA (American Fertility Association) Legal Advisory Council, the American Bar Association Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee, the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association - Family Law and Reproductive Law and Technology Section, and Health Law Section, Resolve – The National Fertility Association, and is an editorial board member of Fertility Today.  She is also active in various volunteer organizations both local and international.  Ms. Rosenberg has authored a number of articles in various publications, magazines and on-line on the topic of third party reproduction legal issues, and on surrogacy and egg donation in particular, and often speaks on the same subjects for professionals in the field and for intended parents and those seeking to assist them in building families through ART.  She has also been a guest teacher at the University Of Maryland School Of Law on the topic of ART.
