Biography

Dr. Allison Styne is a Reproductive Endocrinologist and fertility specialist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of infertile couples. She has particular expertise in treating reproductive disorders including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and ovarian dysfunction, and uses basic treatments and assisted reproductive technology (ART) to help infertile couples.

Dr. Styne completed her fellowship at the Emory University School of Medicine and has extensive training in reproductive surgery, including advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Dr. Styne is the author of many scientific research papers published in peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters on reproductive disorders.

Dr. Styne completed her internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Medical Center and New York University School of Medicine. She received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and attended the Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program at Columbia University.

Before joining the RMA of New York team, Dr. Styne was with RMA of New Jersey, where she gained further experience with advanced reproductive techniques, and has since been practicing reproductive medicine on Long Island. Dr. Styne is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

The company's services simplify the adoption process and accelerate the journey while minimizing costly risks and mistakes.  Clients of USAdopt make the right decisions the first time.   In addition to working with couples and individuals seeking to adopt, USAdopt provides adoption education and consulting benefit programs to large employers.  Amanda earned a BA in English Literature from Pace University, an MA in English Literature from Hunter College - CUNY and she holds a Clinical Certification in Adoption from Rutgers University School of Social Work.  She founded USAdopt to help others benefit from the knowledge she gained during the adoption of her son.  She developed adoption education tools to guide people through the process more quickly and confidently while helping them to connect with the most fitting adoption professionals.  Prior to founding USAdopt, and for over 24 years, Amanda held senior management positions in Client Service for large institutional asset management organizations.  Most recently she was Managing Director and Head of Institutional Client Services at Columbia Management.  She started a mentoring program for young professionals, has served on the board of StandUp for Kids, a national non-profit helping homeless and at-risk youth, and is a member of the Adoptive Parents Committee.

Dr. Criniti has participated in and presented published research on fertility topics as varied and complex as fertility options for HIV discordant couples, oocyte maturation, ultrasound use in gynecological surgery, and single embryo transfer in IVF. Having earned recognition for both teaching and clinical excellence as a Medical Student and Resident, Amy Criniti, MD has developed expertise in patients with age-related infertility, multiple sclerosis and fertility issues, premature ovarian failure (POF), and polycystic ovarian disease, or PCOS. She is Board Certified in both Ob-Gyn and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Criniti completed her undergraduate degree at Duke University, achieved her MD at Indiana University School of Medicine, and then moved to Washington where she completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and REI Fellowship at the University of Washington.
