Biography

N. Edward Dourron, M.D. is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist, with a specialty in reproductive endocrinology. He has been performing Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures since 1994.

Dr. Dourron graduated from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, and completed his residency at William Beaumont Hospital and fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, where he focused on reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

He is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and has published numerous journal articles on topics including, Unexplained Infertility and Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome. He has been the key speaker at many scientific meetings, including The American Society for Reproductive Medicine and Society for Gynecologic Investigation, discussing his research on endometriosis.

Dr. Dourron has practiced in Orange County since 1999, and has established a loyal following of patients. He spends an extensive amount of time with his patients who often comment on how much they enjoy his calm and supportive demeanor.

Nancy A. Klein, MD is a noted expert in various research areas related to transitions of the normal human ovary from birth to menopause, including reproductive aging, egg donation, anovulation, irregular menstruation and ovulation induction. A founding partner at Seattle Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Klein serves as SRM's IVF Director and has been integral in the maintenance of excellent pregnancy rates. An important component of her Directorship has been to spearhead efforts towards the reduction of high risk multiple births.

Board-certified in both OB-GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Klein has been achieved international recognition for NIH-funded research - including funds from the National Institute of Aging and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development -- over the span of a decade in topics related to female reproductive aging. She is the author of numerous publications on both the basic science and clinical aspects of aging, reproductive physiology and infertility. Her clinical research has been widely published for more than 20 years in professional journals, clinical textbooks, and meeting proceedings. Dr. Klein has served as an invited speaker at national meetings of her colleagues, including the Endocrine Society, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Integramed America's Council of Physicians and Scientists, and the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society.

Often listed within "Best Doctors" in both Seattle Magazine (2006 - 2010) and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine (2007 - 2009), Nancy Klein, MD was voted one of three "Best Doctors for Women in the Puget Sound" in 2003. A graduate of Vanderbilt University medical school, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee, and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas, San Antonio. From 1993 to 2004, Dr. Klein was a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Washington.
