Dr. Liyun Li graduated Phi Beta Kappa from MIT and received her M.D. with honors from Harvard Medical School where she studied stem cell biology and cultivated a keen clinical interest in women’s health.
After serving as a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, San Francisco, Dr. Li completed her Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center.
Dr. Li treats all forms of reproductive disorders with special interests in PCOS, fertility preservation, and egg donation. In 2012, Dr. Li was awarded the Best Practicing Physician Research Award for her research presentation on Vitamin D at the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS) Annual Meeting.
Liz Silverman–Platt has over four years of personal experience in the field of infertility. Following her immense struggles to have a baby, Liz took her overwhelming compassion for the Intended Parents: her desire for their protection, and her deep knowledge of the infertility process and founded Baby Steps Fertility.
Prior to Baby Steps Fertility, Liz worked in the music industry for more than 20 years. She marketed records and artists for such major labels as Warner Brother Records, Sony Music, and Lionsgate.

Lois Nachamie, MFA, LCSW, is a board-certified psychotherapist, couples counselor, and group leader in private practice in New York City, specializing in family and parenting issues. She treats a wide variety of individual interpersonal and work-related concerns, including relationships, anxiety, depression, and weight-related difficulties.
A Parents Choice Award-winning author, her two most recent books are So Glad We Waited: A Hand-Holding Guide for Over-35 Parents, with a foreword by Debra Winger and Big Lessons for Little People: Teaching Our Kids Right from Wrong While Keeping Them Healthy, Safe and Happy.

Dr. Timmreck received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago and her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Beth Israel Deaconess, Boston IVF, and Harvard Medical School where she was also a Clinical Instructor.
She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and an associate of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Weckstein received his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Michigan having been accepted into the 6 year combined pre-medical/medical program. He completed his OB Gyn residency at the University of California, Irvine. He went back to the University of California, Irvine in 1988 for training in infertility with one of the most successful IVF teams in the country at that time.
Dr. Weckstein is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology and the Society for Reproductive Surgeons. Dr. Weckstein has particular interest and experience in all aspects of IVF, including Egg Donation and fertility in older women. He has authored more than 60 publications and abstracts in the field of infertility, and serves as a special reviewer for the infertility journal Fertility and Sterility.
