Dr. Lalwani is originally from India, having completed medical school at the University of Bombay, India. She then relocated to the United States where she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT. She completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center- Boston IVF/ Harvard Medical School in Boston.
Dr. Sasmira Lalwani is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist. She has published her research in several leading journals.

Dr. Katz received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Arizona Health Science Center Affiliated Hospitals and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of California, San Diego. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology. His interests include endometriosis, tubal disease, recurrent pregnancy loss and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). A graduate of the University of California-Los Angeles in psychobiology and neuroscience, Dr. Shala Salem earned an M.D. degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine before training in obstetrics and gynecology at New York’s Brooklyn Hospital Center. Four years later, she joined the Pacific Reproductive Center in 2009.
Dr. Shala believes that successful infertility treatment begins with the integration of body with mind. “We succeed best when we strive to help keep the whole person in balance.
An active community volunteer, Dr. Shala has served as a medical school mentor; a community educator and volunteer coordinator for the South Bay Free Clinic, in Manhattan Beach; and as a tutor to troubled youth.
