Dr. Marrs attended medical school and completed postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas. He completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Marrs is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He was founder and first President of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology. He was a member of the Society's Ethics Committee. Dr. Marrs has published over 200 scientific articles and book chapters on human reproduction.

A graduate of University of Southern California Medical School, Dr. Salem earned a doctorate in Neuroendocrinology from University of California, Los Angeles. He held two National Institute of Health Fellowships in Neuroendocrinology and performed breakthrough research which helped establish the mechanism of certain steroid hormones. Dr. Salem has published numerous scientific research articles in the leading national and international fertility journals. This research has been instrumental in advancing the understanding and treatment of infertility.
Dr. Salem acquired his extensive clinical experience in infertility and microsurgery at institutions such as the University of British Columbia, Stanford, The Microsurgical Institute of San Francisco, and Pacific Fertility Center of San Francisco. He was also medical director and one of the founders of Pacific Fertility Center Torrance for six years. He has Master’s Degrees in both Biochemistry and Physiology. He is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Sneeringer graduated with honors from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed an internship and residency in OB/GYN at the Harvard affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She then completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Boston IVF and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Dr. Sneeringer is a clinical instructor at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Society of Reproductive Medicine and Society for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Sneeringer's clinical interests include infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, amenorrhea, premature ovarian failure and hyperprolactinemia. Dr. Sneeringer also has an interest in the medical and surgical treatment of fibroids and endometriosis. She performs minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy) for the purpose of optimizing fertility.
Dr. Sneeringer has published research studies on various topics including ovarian factors that are associated with fertility and comparative rates of success for various fertility treatments. She has presented her research nationally. She continues to be involved in research studies at Boston IVF.
In her spare time Dr. Sneeringer enjoys photography, drawing, watercolors and hiking.

Dr. McClure is a nationally renowned male infertility specialist, currently serving on the American Society of Reproductive Medicine Board of Directors and is considered one of the pioneers of male infertility research and development. He brings his vast amount of research and clinical experience and serves as urological in-house consultant for SRM in providing male fertility services for infertile couples suffering from low to absent sperm production or obstructive problems.
Males with known low sperm counts or vasectomy should initiate consultation with one of our Reproductive Endocrinologists or with Dr. McClure.
Couples with such sperm issues can still achieve pregnancy by performing In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Dr McClure is able to perform surgical sperm collection methods in our office timed in coordination with an IVF cycle supervised by one of our board certified Reproductive Endocrinologists and Infertility specialist.
Dr. Mcclure has been a board certified urologist since 1979 and is the director of male infertility and microsurgery at Virginia Mason. His expertise is extensive, and he provides serves a on-site urologist for SRM performing vas reversal in our surgical center.
Dr. McClure has been doing microsurgical vasectomy reversals for over 25 years. Dr. McClure has performed over 2,000 vasectomy reversals and does approximately 75+ reversals per year. Dr. McClure has been a faculty member of the American Urologic Association Post-Graduate Microsurgical Course for the last 15 years. These courses train other urologists on techniques of microsurgery.
He has served on the faculty of University of California at San Fransisco and is currently a clinical professor of urology at the University of Washington Medical School. He is part of the American Urological Association post-graduate course on microsurgery for the last 15 years and has trained hundreds of other urologists on microsurgical techniques. He is author of more than 80 articles and book chapters on male infertility and vasectomy reversals. He is presently on the Executive Board of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the leading professional authority in the field of fertility, and is in-line to becoming president of this prestigious organization.
