Dr. Julie Bindeman is driven to help people with their personal journeys to parenthood as a result of her own experiences. She knows the importance of being able to heal so that losses become PART of who we are, not ALL of who we are.

Dr. Bindeman graduated from George Washington University with a doctorate in clinical psychology. Starting in graduate school, she developed an interest in identity formation across the life span. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, private practices, schools, and Universities.

She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Maryland Psychological Association since 2008, and is a member of The American Psychological Association, RESOLVE, The American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and The American Fertility Association. In 2012 Dr. Bindeman and Dr. Resnik founded HEALinc – a speaking series focused on issues around parenting. Her private practice, Integrative Therapy of Greater Washington was founded in 2007 with Nanci Brown, LCSW-C.

In addition to her focus on reproductive psychology, Dr. Bindeman has taught at several universities including: Marymount, Johns Hopkins, and Loyola.

She provides professional consultation, delivers workshops, gives community talks, and writes. Dr. Bindeman is currently writing a book and maintains several blogs focused on parenting and reproduction.

Julie LeClair has a doctorate in clinical psychology.  She has a private practice in Hartsdale and in Great Neck, New York.  Dr. LeClair has counseled couples and individuals coping with infertility. She also has first-hand experience with infertility.

Dr. LeClair completed her B.S. degree at Cornell University and her Ph.D. at Catholic University of America.  Her clinical fellowship and subsequent academic appointment were with Harvard Medical School. She is a member of the National Register of Health Care Providers, the Westchester County Psychological Association, The American Fertility Association and RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association.

Karyn Rosenberg is licensed by the state of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas.

Karyn has extensive experience in general psychotherapy, but she is most specialized in grief, loss, and fertility counseling. She works in the field of third party reproduction, offering consultation, mental health screenings and evaluations, and counseling with egg donors, surrogates, and Intended Parents (IP).  She has worked a great deal in the area of post partum depression.

She has a private practice in Boca Raton, FL where she provides psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to children, teens, adults and couples. 

Karyn has been an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University where she has taught grief and bereavement counseling, Issues in Counseling Women, and Issues in Mental Health Counseling on a graduate and undergraduate level. 

She has served as expert witness on grief and loss issues.  Karyn has been an invited speaker at professional conferences, and serves as a lecturer and trainer for the community. 

Her professional membership includes the Florida Society of Oncology Social Workers, Association of Death Education and Counseling, The American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American Fertility Association, Resolve, National Association of Social Workers, and Florida Society for Clinical Hypnosis. Karyn served as treasurer, and past president of the Social Work/Mental Health Professional Council of Hadassah; and received the 2005 National Leadership Award, and past recipient of the Woman of Valor in 2004. 

She currently serves on the board of trustees of her Synagogue.  Karyn is happily married to her husband, and they are raising two beautiful daughters and their dog, Spike.
