Dr. Sheeva Talebian is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and fertility specialist who has achieved recognition for her abilities, compassion, and clinical expertise in reproductive patient care. Prior to joining RMA of NY in 2014, Dr. Talebian treated infertile couples at Valley Fertility Center in New Jersey and at Northwest Center for Reproductive Sciences in Washington State. Dr. Talebian is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Endocrine Society.
After earning her undergraduate degree at Columbia University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, Dr. Talebian earned her medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. She completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the New York University School of Medicine/Bellevue Hospital in New York City, and remained at NYU to complete a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Talebian is the recipient of several accolades, including the Medical Student Outstanding Teaching Resident Award, the AAGL Excellence in Laparoscopic Surgery Award, and the Medical Student Outstanding Fellow Teaching Award in 2003, 2005 and 2006, respectively. She was also awarded the prize presentation at the 30th Annual NY Perinatal Society Scientific Meeting for her research on preimplantation genetic diagnosis at the NYU Fertility Center.
Dr. Kipersztok received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Subsequently, he completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the George Washington University Medical Center and the NIH.
Dr. Kipersztok is board re-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist. He is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew.

Sohila Zarandy, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., F.A.C.S. was born in Tehran, Iran and graduated from Tehran University Medical School. Dr. Zarandy did her postgraduate in surgery in England. She did her internship in Mercy Hospital and Medical Center of Chicago. She finished her residency at Hahnemann Medical College of Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Zarandy did a year of fellowship in Perinatal Medicine in Beth Israel Hospital and Harvard Medical School and stayed on as Faculty (Clinical Instructor). She completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and infertility at the University of Illinois, in Chicago. Dr. Zarandy is a member of the several prestigious medical societies, including The American College of OB-GYN and The American College of Surgeons. She has given lectures around the country and has done several research projects.
Dr. Zarandy held the position of Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School for three years. She did her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at University of Illinois in Chicago, during which time she held the title of Assistant Professor. Dr. Zarandy was also an Assistant Professor of OB/GYN at Loyola University of Chicago. Her most recent position was at Case Western Reserve Medical School where she was Clinical Assistant Professor while she had her own private practice.
Dr. Zarandy is married to a Neuro-Radiologist and has three children, one of which is currently in medical school. Her sister and brother are also practicing physicians. Along with English, Dr. Zarandy also speaks fluent Farsi.

Dr. Richlin received his medical degree from the University of Southern California’s School of Medicine. He completed two internships, in Emergency Medicine and Obstetrics. Dr. Richlin served his residency at The Stamford Hospital in Stamford Connecticut. He then completed his subspecialty fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and fertility at Emory University’s School of Medicine in Georgia.
Dr. Richlin is a member of both the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Richlin has published numerous abstracts, articles and book chapters, and is the lead author of the IVF section in Danforth’s Obstetrics and Gynecology, 9th Edition. He coauthored with Dr Leondires the “Infertility” chapter in the text “Avoiding Common Errors in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
