        I am 36 years old. Two and half years ago i got married but until now my wife did not pregnant. we consult different doctors and they checked my wife and told there is no problem except there is infection in her uterus. they also suggested semen analysis test for me. test report details are below

Doctors tell me that the pus cells create obstacle in movement of sperms due to which pregenancy of my wife did not occur. I used the suggested medicine by doctors and after one month the puss cell decrease to   0 - 2 / HPF but after some time the puss cell ratio started increasing. According to doctors due to smooking my puss cell in semen produce. I consulted different doctors and use different medicines but still the goal is far away.
  Kindly tell me about my semen report and also that is there any effect of smooking on it.

Hello I think you and I are in the same result and the semen analysis are very close as well. I am just worried about my motility and how to improve it. Do you have any idea?

Dear Tabish:
You should definitely stop smoking as soon as possible.  Even second hand smoke can lower both male and female fertility.  The wbc are not necessarily linked directly to the smoking, but it is clear that smokers experience more infertility, higher miscarriage rates and higher birth defect rates in their offspring than non-smokers.
I would recommend that you and your wife see a board certified or eligible reproductive endocrinologist (RE).  The RE can refer you to a urologist that specializes in infertility.
