Can you tell me your experience/costs involved with ICI and IUI treatments? Sperm, medication (clomid or others), office visits and procedures? 
Is it reasonable to shop around, calling a couple clinics to compare pricing?

Can anyone help me to understand the large difference in prices between sperm banks?  At a few I see 450-600 dollars per vial others I see 200 dollars per vial, why the large difference?

Can anyone tell me about positive experiences with a particular sperm bank/clinic?
