I have known more than one woman, who wanted to parent, have sex and keep the pregnancy.  Furthermore, one of them forced the father to financially support the baby by legal threat.  Is there a means by which a man may control his own fate in such a way as long as he finds a surrogate?  This would imply that the surrogate would not be able to cross examine the father as to how he plans to raise a baby.
Thank you,
John

My suggestion would be for you to contact an attorney.  You will need to have legal papers drawn up, in order for you to protect yourself.

If you need for me to provide you with some attorneys in your area, please do not hesitate to contact me at 888 917-3777.
