For members of the military and their families, infertility may pose hurdles above and beyond what civilians face.  Issues associated with deployment such as timing, less-than-optimum health insurance and injuries associated with combat, are addressed in several articles you will find in our library and in the handbook, “Combating Infertility During Military Service.” The American Fertility Association also provides a list of providers who offer discounted services to both active military personnel, veterans and their families.
